Responsibilities:
Experience with various testing equipment, standards, and methodologiesExperience with aircraft performance and flight characteristic testingAbility to prepare complex and professional test plans, test procedures, and test reports in order to demonstrate compliance to system requirementsAbility to obtain FAA 2nd class medicalExperience performing certification testing for various regulatory organizations (i.e. FAA, DoD)Must-haves:
Bachelor's of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or other related discipline and typically 14 or more years of relevant experienceHigher education may substitute for relevant experienceDemonstrated knowledge of engineering principles and practicesThorough understanding of Computer Aided Engineering tools and Finite Element Analysis (FEA)Experience working in multi-disciplinary design and development teamsDemonstrated experience planning, conducting and documenting Verification and Validation (V&V) activitiesThe ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required

Estimated Starting Salary Range: $165,010.21 - $226,889.04. SNC considers several factors when extending job offers, including but not limited to candidates’ key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications.SNC offers annual incentive pay based upon performance that is commensurate with the level of the position.
