Onsemi is seeking a Principal Analog design Engineer, NEW PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT, Power Management, to join our growing team in Bengaluru, India. This group is responsible for development of Power management products including DC-DC PMIC/POL, Multiphase controllers, Dr. MOS, AC-DC converters, LED drivers, SiC drivers, Switches and e-fuses for consumer, industrial and automotive applications. In this role, you will focus on the following + Lead an analog IP block from definition to IP delivery + Evaluate intermediate and results of projects during the design phase and during silicon evaluation, to ensure accomplishment of technical objectives + Work with and provide guidance to physical designers and monitors the progress of IC layout + Collaborate with Design Verification teams during the pre-tapeout phase of a project to ensure completion of all technical tasks before tapeout + Collaborate with validation, product engineering and test engineering teams to enable successful transfer to production + Collaborate with overseas design and systems teams on technical aspects, IP development, sharing of know-how + Own technical outcomes of design, verification, implementation, and execution of power management ICs with complexities that can span from simple regulators to complex mixed-signal designs and control loops + Understand project goals, create a realistic schedule and resource plan, track execution schedule to plan, monitor progress, and provide full clarity to the team on the goals and objectives \#LI-RG1 **onsemi** (Nasdaq: ON) is driving disruptive innovations to help build a better future.
