Job Title: Principal Support Consultant - Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud and Core HCM

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Principal Support Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud and Core HCM, with a proven track record of providing exceptional support to clients. You will work closely with customers to resolve complex technical issues, optimize their use of Oracle solutions, and ensure their systems are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide expert-level support for Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud and Core HCM modules. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, incidents, and service requests. Conduct root cause analysis and provide long-term solutions to issues. Perform system diagnostics and offer recommendations for improvement. Consulting & Advisory: Offer proactive advice to clients on best practices for system configurations, integrations, and customizations within Oracle Fusion HCM and Recruiting Cloud. Provide technical guidance during upgrades, migrations, and new feature implementations. Assist clients in leveraging Oracle Fusion capabilities to streamline their HR processes and drive better business outcomes. Customization & Configuration: Configure Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud and Core HCM modules as per client specifications. Ensure the optimal setup of workflows, rules, user interfaces, and data migration strategies. Work with development teams to address any specific client requirements that go beyond standard functionality. Training & Knowledge Sharing: Lead training sessions for clients to ensure they understand system capabilities and functionality. Develop and maintain technical documentation, knowledge articles, and user guides. Share knowledge and best practices across internal teams to improve overall team performance and service quality. Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, sales, product management) to resolve complex client challenges. Build strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and system optimization. Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with Oracle Fusion cloud applications updates, patches, and new features. Proactively identify areas for process improvement within client environments and propose solutions. Participate in Oracle user groups and forums to stay informed about industry trends and best practices.

Required:

Minimum of 7 years of experience working with Oracle Fusion Cloud, with a strong focus on Recruiting Cloud and Core HCM modules. Proven experience providing support for Oracle Fusion HCM applications in a consulting or customer-facing role. Strong understanding of business processes related to HR and talent management (e.g., recruiting, onboarding, performance management, learning, payroll, etc.). Extensive knowledge of Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud and Core HCM functionality, configuration, and customization. Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and integrations with third-party systems. Ability to analyze complex technical issues and propose practical, business-oriented solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

Oracle Cloud certification in Core HCM and Recruiting Cloud. Experience in project management or leading teams on Oracle Fusion implementation projects. Familiarity with Oracle BI (Business Intelligence) tools and reporting. Knowledge in SQL
