Principal AR Specialist

Summary:

To assist the Principal HR Specialist, supervise HR coordinators, and manage and ensure day-to-day operations meet standards and achieve goals in assigned functional area of Human Resources (such as Benefits, HR Help Center, Payroll, Recruitment, Timekeeping, Talent Recognition/Engagement, Associate Relations and Communications).

College graduate preferably in Psychology, Business Administration, Marketing, Communication Arts or other related course5 years relevant work experience in a BPO set upKnowledge in Philippine labor laws and regulationsMust have strong case management experienceStrong analytical skillExcellent oral and written communication skillsStrong presentation skillsHas background in project management and process improvementProficient in Microsoft office and SalesforceAmenable to work in a Mid Shift and Night Shift ScheduleAmenable to work in Alabang
