About this role

A highly respected design studio renowned for creating award winning projects  is currently seeking a talented senior architect to join their studio. The practice prides itself on design excellence and works across a number of sectors including civic and commercial. This role is to have a focus on quality multi residential work. 

Key responsibilities

 Play a key role in design, client service and leadership  Provide expertise in apartment projects and an understanding of Class 2 requirements  Utilise your local network and reputation to grow the studio's residential folio Working alongside the leadership team you will lead projects and  teams

Skills and experience

Completed tertiary education in architecture and ideally registration A strong existing industry profile, client base, and multi-residential experience. A Senior, Registered, Practitioner with a proven track record leading projects, managing teams, and representing Practice. A minimum of 10 years’ professional practice experience Experience on high quality apartment projects including Class 2  An existing network and experience at winning new work  Experience in revit well regarded Great attention to detail, documentation and detailing ability Outstanding communication skills Strong time management skills  Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
