Who you’ll be working with 

We build the solutions dreamed up by the product and design teams. Our goal is to deliver working software every two weeks. We are a large team that spans across three global offices, but we collaborate and integrate front- and back-end components and interfaces to provide a user-centered experience through web and mobile platforms. 

What you’ll be doing

Guiding engineers on proper development practices, patterns, and techniques for enterprise technologies  Leading project scoping conversations to validate customer solution and articulate the business impact of the solution Leveraging new and emerging technologies to fulfill project requirements and business objectives Ability to lead project discovery and design sessions Assisting in pre-sales work by detailing requirements needed to successful realize an enterprise client’s vision Consulting clients in the strategic direction of business solutions Advising on building technical roadmaps, defining modern enterprise architecture and guiding teams to deliver it successfully  Participating in feasibility discussions and work with internal teams to establish a budget proposal, resource plan and a high-level timeline Working on high-level design, which will consist of vetting what we have for requirements documentation, but consider implicit requirements that are important to engineering Documenting requirements precisely  Reviewing design draft with key stakeholders and work with design team to make adjustments if needed Making reasonable build/buy/reuse decisions Working with tech leads for brief reviews, review technical artifacts from various team members, create technical specs where necessary and do a lot of troubleshooting on the project Overseeing installation, devops, builds, documentation, quality assurance, performance, and security Coordinating long term support, systems integration, and hand-off to development Reporting into our Managing Director of Engineering and Product Development

What you’ll need to be successful (Requirements)

Three(3)+ years of related experience as a Architect, Engineering Lead, Technical Lead or similar, applicable role 10+ years of experience in Technology Hands-on experience delivering cloud-based applications (preferably on AWS or Azure) Extensive hands-on coding experience in full-stack Web and/or mobile development using some combination of the following (React, Angular, Node.js, python, React Native) Mastery of how enterprise companies work and how to address their needs Proficiency in back-end technologies and frameworks

Bonus Points for these (Preferred Experience)

Experience in implementing highly secure and scalable architecture  Experience in a high degree of cross functional collaboration with Sales, Engineering and Customers
