Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Architect with 26 to 30 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Administration SAP BTP Administration SAP HANA Administration NetWeaver ABAP / JAVA Admin and SAP Basis Administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Finance & Accounting and Devices / SPM. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of technical and domain skills to drive our projects to success.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of SAP S/4HANA solutions to meet business requirements.Oversee the administration and maintenance of SAP BTP and SAP HANA environments.Provide expertise in NetWeaver ABAP / JAVA Admin to ensure optimal performance and reliability.Manage SAP Basis Administration tasks to support system stability and efficiency.Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to align SAP solutions with business processes.Develop and enforce best practices for SAP system architecture and administration.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements in all SAP implementations.Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to maintain high availability.Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to SAP systems.Mentor and guide junior team members to build a strong technical team.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP solutions with other enterprise systems.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance system performance and user experience.Prepare and present technical documentation and reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Possess extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA Administration demonstrating a deep understanding of system architecture and best practices.Have a strong background in SAP BTP Administration ensuring seamless integration and performance.Demonstrate expertise in SAP HANA Administration with a focus on high availability and disaster recovery.Show proficiency in NetWeaver ABAP / JAVA Admin managing both development and production environments.Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of SAP Basis Administration supporting system stability and efficiency.Have a solid understanding of finance and accounting processes aligning SAP solutions with business needs.Experience in Devices / SPM domain ensuring relevant and effective SAP implementations.Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams fostering a collaborative and productive environment.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.Excellent communication skills capable of presenting technical information to non-technical stakeholders.Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends.Ability to work in a hybrid model balancing remote and on-site work effectively.Demonstrated experience in preparing and presenting technical documentation and reports.

SAP Certified Technology Associate - System Administration (SAP HANA) with SAP NetWeaver 7.5 SAP Certified Technology Specialist - SAP S/4HANA Conversion and SAP System Upgrade
