Description
We are offering an exciting opportunity in the healthcare industry. We are in search of a Principal Architect to join our team. As a Principal Architect, you will be leading the design and development of new features for existing products and applications, as well as new products and initiatives. You will also be responsible for maintaining and improving existing codebases, and guiding the team in delivering high-quality code and scalable software solutions. You must have prior work history within medical devices or medical industry.
Responsibilities:
• Leading the architecture, design, development, and maintenance of software solutions for cryopreservation and inventory, storage, donations, and billing management
• Spearheading new initiatives and pioneering state-of-the-art software solutions
• Collaborating closely with technical support staff and engineers to provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution of complex technical issues
• Driving the evolution of software development practices, including identifying opportunities for automation, efficiency, and innovation
• Providing guidance and expertise to entry level engineers, fostering their growth and development
• Collaborating with the team to set the direction of future development within current and future projects, contributing to architectural decisions and technical strategy
• Demonstrating deep expertise as a full stack developer in .Net, C#, Entity Framework, and SQL
• Ensuring the highest level of code quality and reliability through unit testing and test-driven development (TDD) methodologies
• Architecting and optimizing AWS cloud solutions, including S3, RDS, and EC2
• Applying advanced knowledge of DevOps practices, Git version control, test automation, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) best practices
Requirements • Possess a minimum of 10 years of detail-oriented experience as an architect in the IT industry.
• Demonstrated proficiency in AWS Technologies.
• Extensive experience and knowledge in the .NET framework.
• Expertise in programming with C# (C-Sharp).
• Proficiency in working with Microsoft SQL.
• Experience with Entity Framework is required.
• Strong understanding of architectural patterns and design.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to oversee and guide a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex architectural challenges.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
