18+ years of relevant work experience
Proven expertise in C/C++ programming and data structures.
Significant experience in developing and debugging wireless protocols, ideally within the telecom industry (SMF/UPF, GGSN, PGW/SGW).
Deep understanding of IP network protocols and their application in mobile networks.
Familiarity with UNIX-based and real-time operating systems.
Excellent debugging skills and experience in maintaining complex control plane software.
Proven experience leading high-performing software development teams.
Deep understanding of 5G Core network architecture, protocols, and functionalities.
Strong experience with cloud-native technologies (e.g., Kubernetes, microservices, containers) and DevOps practices.
Deep understanding of 3GPP standards and relevant industry regulations.
Experience with agile software development methodologies.
Strong communication, collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively share knowledge and mentor others.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Evaluates emerging technologies, anticipates future trends, and defines the technology roadmap for 5G packet core solutions, aligning with business objectives and customer needs.
Acts as a mentor and technical authority, guiding product architects and influencing strategic decisions related to system design, technology adoption, and development practices.
Leads the conceptualization, design, and development of innovative and high-performance 5G packet core solutions, ensuring alignment with 3GPP standards and best practices.
Conducts in-depth analysis of customer requirements and translates them into detailed system specifications, network models, and simulation test plans.
Oversees the integration of subsystems, ensuring seamless interoperability and optimal performance of the end-to-end solution.
Provides expert technical guidance to development teams throughout the implementation phase, addressing complex challenges and ensuring adherence to architectural principles.
Maintains deep expertise in advanced network technologies, including 5G, SGW/PGW, SMF, UPF, and related protocols.
Identifies, analyzes, and resolves complex technical challenges and performance bottlenecks, developing innovative solutions with a broad impact on product quality and customer satisfaction.
Champions a culture of continuous improvement, driving the adoption of new technologies, tools, and methodologies to enhance team productivity and product quality.
