We are seeking a Sr. Technology Architect with 15 to 19 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Kinaxis solutions including Supply Demand Balancing Inventory Planning & Optimization Demand Planning Supply Planning and Sales & Operations Planning. This role requires a strategic mindset to drive impactful solutions for our clients.
Cognizant’s supply chain delivery practice is part of Cognizant’s Enterprise Platform Services (EPS). We are primarily responsible for implementing, supporting and extending off-the-shelf supply chain products in execution planning and procurement. Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $145,000/Year to $180,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.

Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of Kinaxis solutions to meet client needs. Oversee the integration of Kinaxis modules such as Supply Demand Balancing Inventory Planning & Optimization and Demand Planning. Provide strategic guidance on the use of Kinaxis tools to optimize supply chain processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment of Kinaxis solutions. Conduct thorough assessments of client requirements and develop tailored Kinaxis strategies. Ensure the alignment of Kinaxis solutions with overall business objectives and strategies. Monitor the performance of Kinaxis implementations and make necessary adjustments for continuous improvement. Develop comprehensive documentation and training materials for Kinaxis users. Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance client understanding of Kinaxis functionalities. Support clients in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Kinaxis applications. Stay updated with the latest developments in Kinaxis technologies and best practices. Drive innovation by exploring new features and capabilities within the Kinaxis platform. Foster a collaborative environment to share knowledge and best practices within the team.Qualifications
Possess deep expertise in Kinaxis solutions including Supply Demand Balancing Inventory Planning & Optimization Demand Planning Supply Planning and Sales & Operations Planning. Demonstrate a strategic mindset with the ability to align Kinaxis solutions with business goals. Have strong problem-solving skills to address complex supply chain challenges. Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members. Show proficiency in conducting training sessions and workshops. Have a proven track record of successful Kinaxis implementations. Be adept at creating detailed documentation and user guides.Certifications Required
