As a Principal Associate Project Manager on Capital One’s Financial Oversight, Reporting, & Controls Execution team, you will be part of a team supporting and/or overseeing Retail Bank’s Real Estate Operations and Capital Investment financial controls and governance. Our team’s mission is to Inform, Influence and Enable Decisions through Financial Analytics & Transparency. In this exciting role, your skills and attention to detail are needed to support the financial management of 3rd party vendors supporting Capital One’s Retail Real Estate Portfolio.

**General Responsibilities:**
+ Implement and improve contractual controls and governance processes to ensure accuracy and vendor compliance.
+ Monitor third-Party Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Shared Value Incentives (SVI).
+ Collaborate/partner cross-functionally to provide strategic and tactical support.
+ Perform and present analysis of third-party work order performance.
+ Lean into and support other Retail Bank Real Estate Management initiatives including, OpEx and Vendor Analysis, Utility Analysis and Reporting, Tenant Improvement Allowance (TIA), etc.
+ Identify ways to improve and streamline business process
+ Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, internal partners and vendors to ensure expectation understanding and alignment.
+ Ad-hoc requests and special projects
+ Ensure controls and governance processes are properly documented and maintained.
+ Support monthly reporting and analysis presentations (e.g. MBR) and other ad-hoc requests
+ Participate and contribute to larger organization meetings, summits, etc.
**Basic Qualifications:**
+ At least 2 Years of Project Management
+ At least 1 years of Vendor Management experience
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree
+ 3+ years of Project Management experience
+ 2+ years of vendor management experience
+ Strong communication and collaboration skills
+ Strong problem solving and influencing skills
