Job Summary Supports audit related engagements for organizational business units and Audit Services. Gathers functional information through analysis; assists with enhancements for implementation and measurement of success. Works with and advise internal clients and Audit Services' management and staff. Key Accountabilities Develops quality assurance measurements for Audit Services and performs/coordinates periodic reviews. Leads quality service initiatives for Audit Services. Participates in audits and assigned as time permits. Partners with clients on various task forces, teams or committees as an Audit Services representative. Performs benchmarking studies within the audit industry and performs comparative analysis for recommending improvement opportunities. Provides varied support for the Audit Services organization as needed. Researches, trains and supports the Audit Services' staff on new and emerging issues and/or audit techniques. Serves as liaison for Audit Services with other quality assurance operating groups within the organization I.e., Continuous Improvement Understands the organizational Management Operation System and designs consistent systems for client organization for effective measurement Minimum Education & Experience Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent from an accredited college or university Minimum ten years of Audit experience Other QualificationsPreferred
Strong experience in operational auditing CIA, CPA, CQA or MBA Member of IIA, AICPA, MACPA or other quality related professional organizations

CIA, CPA, CAM or CISA certification required within two years from hire date Strong knowledge of quality tools and management operating systems. Demonstrated creative, analytical and problem-solving ability in a changing and demanding environment. Demonstrated ability to develop professional business relationships. Demonstrated ability to provide leadership and guidance to others. Demonstrated ability to communicate well with others.
