How you can make a difference  

 

With general direction and considerable latitude for independent judgment and discretion, this position will gather business information and mold it into actionable decisions for Product. You will leverage your expertise in data mining to provide valuable customer insights, drive strategic decisions, and optimize business processes. The position requires flexibility and creativity in gathering and interpreting information to then be translated into detailed business requirements or leveraged for customer recommendations. Excellent analytical skills are required, with the ability to extract, analyze and report on information gathered from internal systems, databases, and external resources.

 

What you’ll be doing 

Work with large data sets and databases to query & extract customer data accurately.Develop a deep understanding of our data warehouse. Use analytical skills to identify patterns and areas of opportunities for our customers.Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements that support our customer. Assist with the development and execution of test plans.Support the entire software development lifecycle.Document product capabilities and serve as a product subject matter expert.Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and optimize business processes using data-driven approaches.Keep team members informed of items that impact their day to day dutiesStay updated with the latest trends in AI, data analytics, and related technologies to ensure our solutions remain innovative and competitive.

What you will need to be successful

Minimum 3 years’ experience in business requirements analysis with specific experience in data searching / data mining. Experience should include flow modeling, Stakeholder knowledge extraction and sharing.Strong SQL required.Excellent communication skills & the ability to work with stakeholders. Ability to be detailed oriented & thoroughExcellent technical skills and proficiency as well as an innate commitment to service excellence in combination with extraordinary people skillsHighly adaptable, with the ability to rapidly assimilate new information and self-direct in the identification of team, system, and project implicationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a critical eye for detailExperience gathering and documenting business requirementsAbility to identify product implications of process and technology changesExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to consult with users and understand, assess, and present their needsWell organized and able to balance multiple simultaneous assignments

This is a remote position.

Salary Range $99,500.00 To $$129,500.00 / year Benefits & Perks

The compensation range describes the typical minimum or maximum base pay range for this position. The actual compensation offer is determined based on job-related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location. This position will be eligible for performance-based incentives and restricted stock units as part of the total compensation package, in addition to a full range in addition to a full range of benefits including:
