Principal Business Analyst - Process Analytics

Regeneron seeks a Senior Business Analyst to join our Process Data Management team in Process Sciences. Process Data Management supports the Manufacturing and Process Sciences departments by monitoring manufacturing process performance, performing data analyses, and using quality engineering tools to ensure that Regeneron continues to produce safe and effective products.

This position will perform business analysis to support process monitoring activities at Regeneron’s IOPS manufacturing sites. The role requires engagement with stakeholders across the business to provide data infrastructure and architecture solutions. In this fast-paced environment, you will have an opportunity to work on numerous aspects of the process and business.

As a Principal Business Analyst, a typical day might include the following:

Gathering user requirements, evaluating existing systems, and guiding the utilization of potential new data architecture, infrastructure, systems, and tools.Analyzing data sources, infrastructure, and architecture, collating data, and preparing documentation supporting testing and validation activities.Designing data models to support manufacturing process monitoring, predictive analytics, and compliance reporting.Performing risk-based software testing using CSV, CSA, and GAMP methodologiesManaging projects and presenting team metrics during cross-functional meetings and to upper managementTroubleshooting computer systems and developing solutions to technical issues using critical thinking skills and process analysis to solve technical problems. Guiding junior business analysts through the same problem-solving.Collaborating with Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, IT, Automation, and other data stakeholders to support the efficient transfer, acquisition, and use of data.

To be considered for the position, you must hold a BS/BA in science, engineering, information technology management, computer science, or a related field and

Senior Business Analyst: 5+ years of experience, including experience with software development lifecycle, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Principal: 8+ years of experience, including experience with software development lifecycle, or equivalent combination of education and experience.Experience with coding (SQL, Python, VBA, JavaScript) is preferredExperience working with Oracle and SQL databases is strongly preferred, as is familiarity with LIMS, MES, ERP, EQM, OSI PI, and OPC data sources.Agile development experience is preferred.Experience using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is desirable but not required.Previous cGMP experience is desirable

$76,100.00 - $145,500.00
