About the Role:
As a Principal Analyst, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of business data strategy initiatives and driving data enablement efforts.
• Data Strategy Development: Assist in the development and execution of the organization's data strategy and roadmap for data management.
• MDM Implementation and Governance: Lead the implementation and maintenance of MDM processes, methodologies, and tools.
• Data Modeling: Utilize advanced analytics techniques to analyze and interpret large datasets related to MDM and develop data models to support advanced analytics initiatives, including data cleansing, transformation, and integration.
• Data Enablement: Drive data enablement initiatives, including data access and data analytics capabilities. Collaborate with IT teams to implement data infrastructure and tools that enable self-service analytics, data discovery, and data-driven insights.
• Data Quality and Governance: Actively participate in the effort to define and enforce data quality standards, validation rules, and data cleansing processes to maintain accurate and reliable master data.
• Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to understand their data needs, challenges, and priorities.
• Change Management: Drive organizational change management efforts related to data strategy and MDM adoption.
• Performance Measurement: Establish and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the effectiveness and impact of data strategy and MDM initiatives. Identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable insights for decision-making.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data strategy, MDM, and data management.
Basic Qualifications:
• 8-10 years of experience in developing and implementing data strategies, including data enablement, and data governance programs.
• Strong knowledge of data strategy frameworks, MDM concepts, methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Familiarity with MDM technologies and platforms
• Experience with data analytics, business intelligence, and data visualization tools
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.

• Excellent leadership skills including the ability to effectively lead and inspire cross-functional teams, manage at a strategic level and go deep into the details to solve complex challenges.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to translate business requirements into solutions.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate and drive decisions with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
