Formulates and defines project scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements.Responsible for understanding the technology, business processes and opportunities in the context of the technical and business requirements and recommends solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals. This includes working as a liaison among executive stakeholders to elicit, analyze, communicate, document and validate requirements for changes to business processes, revising existing system logic difficulties as necessary, policies and information systems as well as ensuring testing requirements are met and documenting business requirements.System Analysis: Analyze current business systems and processes to identify areas of improvement and propose solutions.Technical Solutions: Partner with development team to design and implement technical solutions that meet business requirements and enhance system capabilities.Documentation: Create comprehensive documentation for system processes, configurations, and user guides.Stakeholder Communication: As needed, serve as the liaison between technical teams and business units, maintaining clear and effective communication.Recommending operational strategies and plans with direct impact on results. Influencing business decisions made by leadership. Problems are complex and multi-dimensional. Requires communication with executive leadership on matters of strategic importance.Training and Support: As requested, provide training and support to end-users to ensure the successful adoption of new systems and processes.Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering, physics, or related field required.18 years’ experience10 years of IBMi / AS400 experience10 years of Business Systems Analyst experience or related job title experienceNo immigration sponsorship available for this positionPreferred Qualifications:

The base salary range for this position is $130,100.00 - $195,100.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus pay based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.Benefits
