Job Description:

Microchip is seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Systems Analyst and Project Manager to join our Information Services Salesforce Team. You will be responsible for analyzing, documenting, and optimizing business processes, as well as writing effective user stories to guide our development teams. Your expertise in Agile development methodology and your ability to work collaboratively across teams will be essential in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of business processes and objectives.Analyze and document business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.Set and manage expectations with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.Develop and write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to guide the development team in delivering high-quality solutions.Work closely with cross-functional teams to set expectations, manage priorities, and ensure alignment on project goals and successful project delivery.Perform testing on changes and document test results.Provide training and support to end users to ensure they can effectively utilize new systems and processes.Champion Agile development methodology, promoting best practices and continuous improvement within the team.Contribute to group meetings, provide project updates, write functional and user training documents.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on Salesforce.Expertise with Sales Business Processes and Salesforce functionality with Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities, Quotes, Reporting, Dashboards, Profiles/Roles, Territory Management, etc.Proven experience in documenting business processes and writing effective user stories.Deep understanding of Agile development methodology and its application in software development projects.Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams and set clear expectations.Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully managing large-scale projects.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to set and manage expectations with stakeholders.Experience in training end users and creating training materials and providing ongoing support.Salesforce certification(s) is a plus.Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
