Academic Qualifications:

Minimum bachelor’s degree in engineering/science disciplines

Work Experience:

Minimum 8 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with a strong continuous improvement cultureProven track records with excellent hands-on experience in IE, Lean, Six Sigma and/or TPM implementation in high mix low volume manufacturing environmentMinimum 5 years of active and proven Lean / Six-Sigma Black Belt experience, PMP would be a definite asset, ideally in a leadership role.
