**Job Duties and Responsibilities**
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **Cloud Infrastructure Design** :
+ Architect and deploy scalable, secure, and highly available cloud solutions across AWS
+ Design and manage Kubernetes clusters (EKS) for containerized workloads
+ Need hands on experience in Rolling Upgrade & Blue-Green Deployment strategies tailored to diverse workload requirements
+ Need Intense experience in EKS upgrade from 1.27 to EKS 1.31
+ **DevOps Leadership** :
+ Lead the adoption and implementation of CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline
+ Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, AWS CDK, or CloudFormation
+ Optimize build, deployment, and release processes to accelerate delivery cycles
+ **Kubernetes and Containerization** :
+ Manage and maintain Kubernetes clusters, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability
+ Develop Helm charts and manage deployments using best practices for Kubernetes security and governance
+ Troubleshoot critical Kubernetes issues, including Pods, Networking, PVCs, and Node failures
+ Support cloud-hosted systems in a 24x7 environment including troubleshooting, hotfixing, and root cause analysis
+ **Monitoring and Observability** :
+ Implement robust monitoring solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or ELK Stack
+ Develop dashboards and alerts to ensure proactive resolution of performance and security issues
+ **Security and Compliance** :
+ Enforce best practices for cloud security, IAM policies, and Kubernetes security (e.g., RBAC, PodSecurityPolicies, network policies)
+ Ensure compliance with industry standards like GDPR, HIPAA, or SOC 2
+ **Collaboration and Mentorship** :
+ Partner with software development, QA, and operations teams to align infrastructure with business goals
+ Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to enhance team capabilities
+ Advocate for and implement DevSecOps practices within the organization
**Skills, Experience and Requirements**
**Education and Experience:**
+ Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology
+ 10+ years of experience in cloud engineering, DevOps, or related fields
**Skills and Qualifications:**
+ Expertise in Kubernetes (EKS) and container orchestration
+ Strong experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
+ Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Crossplane
+ Advanced knowledge of AWS cloud ecosystem
+ Strong scripting skills (Python, Bash, or Go)
+ Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog
**Preferred Skills** :
+ Kubernetes certifications (CKA, CKS, or CKAD).
+ Cloud certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, AWS DevOps Engineer

**Salary Ranges**
Compensation: $127,050.00/Year - $208,725.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
