Principal Commercial Banking Relationship Manager
**About this role:** Wells Fargo's Specialized Industries - Healthcare team is seeking a Principal Commercial Banking Relationship Manger. **In this role, you will:** + Develop, retain, grow highly complex client relationships, by understanding the needs and priorities of clients + Advise Healthcare industry clients on financing alternatives and industry-specific solutions, coordinating with internal stakeholders + Lead the strategy and resolution for full suite of solutions offered by Wells Fargo to commercial clients, leveraging a solid understanding of clients’ businesses, strategic objectives, operational priorities, and financial positions + Provide leadership to improve processes and risk control, resolve client issues while achieving Wells Fargo’s business objectives and act as a mentor for less experienced colleagues + Drive relationship planning activities to deliver the full suite of solutions and maintain sales and pipeline disciplines by keeping information current in relevant systems + Strategically lead and support Business Development Representatives in sourcing new Healthcare Commercial Banking clients **Required Qualifications:** + 10+ years of Commercial Banking Relationship Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education **Desired Qualifications:** + Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of core banking products and services, such as commercial lending and treasury management + Completion of formal credit training program + Commercial banking account relationship management experience within the _Emerging Middle Market / Middle Market_ segment + Demonstrated experience working collaboratively to deliver the organization to clients and prospects + Demonstrated experience generating new client relationships, building and retaining long-term client relationships + Experience identifying and mitigating risk, ensuring compliance with processes, and mitigating risk issues + Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills **Job Expectations:** + This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship + This position offers a hybrid work schedule **Pay Range** Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location.
