Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant, BA – HR, Success Factors
In this role, you’ll engage with technology partners to drive delivery of requirements as Business Analyst with expertise domain knowledge in HR and SuccessFactors.
Responsibilities
• Work independently with users to understand the biz requirements.
• Convert the biz requirements to user stories
• To engage with technology partners to drive delivery of requirements in an agile delivery methodology.
• Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• To interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
• Domain knowledge on HR and SuccessFactors.
• Extensive Business Analysis background, keen attention to detail
• Extensive experience in collaborating across businesses/functions and project teams
• Proficient in MS Excel, confident in structuring and tracking data in spreadsheets
• Proficient in using MS PowerPoint, strong communication and presentation skills
• Curious and not afraid to ask questions
• Exposure to GenAI tools is a plus (more a nice-to-haver than a must-have. We need core BA competencies more than AI skills.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• Knowledge in HR processes and HR SuccessFactors modules preferred
