Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant, BA – Management Stress Testing
In this role, you’ll engage with technology partners to drive delivery of requirements as Business Analyst with expertise in stress testing.
Responsibilities
• Work independently with users to understand the biz requirements.
• Convert the biz requirements to user stories
• To engage with technology partners to drive delivery of requirements in an agile delivery methodology.
• Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• To interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
• Exposure in stress testing is required. If not, then credit risk market risk is the core skillset required.
• Strong understanding of the Credit Risk domain
• Good understanding of Macro Economic Events and its impact of the Risk metrices of a bank
• Good understanding of various Banking products
• Strong communication skills
• Problem solving mindset

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• Technical - Python - not required to code, but understanding will help, Tableau and SQL
• Functional (e.g., Data Migration Strategy, Project Management, Business Analysis, Agile, Target Operating Model Design…)
• Business / Domain (e.g., Credit Risk, KYC, Loan Operations, Risk Management…)
