Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant, Business Analyst (Reg-to-policy)
In this role, you will be performing requirement analysis and prioritization of RCMS enhancements as provided by the stakeholders
Responsibilities
•Partner with technology team to deliver strategic solution by consistently enhancing the product.
•Responsible for comprehensive E2E testing of the product and leading discussions as a change agent, to onboard 2Lod Risk and CFCC to RCMS.
•Impart the product knowledge to 1st LoD and 2nd LoD teams as and when required and support in onboarding to the tool for different countries/groups.
•Maintain a robust project governance structure.
•Ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
•Design User Acceptance Test plans and conduct user acceptance testing with the BAU users.
•Plan the required testing ensuring traceability between requirements and test cases.
•Undertaking functional testing of the delivered functionality to ensure it meets the requirements, where required documenting issues and managing to resolution Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications / Skills
• Strong regulatory reporting experience.
• Strong BA with Agile exp particularly in writing user stories, managing sprints etc needed.
• Identifying and addressing operational, financial and technological risks within the business.
• Professional will run end to end streams, should have the ability to understand regulatory requirements and have meaningful communication with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and able to assist team members in their strategies
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, IT or any related field.
