Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant – Azure and Multi Cloud Administrator

Responsibilities

• Configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting Azure resources, ensuring alignment with organizational standards. Support deployment processes, including resource provisioning and configuration.
• Provide foundational assistance in the setup and basic management of multi-cloud resources under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Configuration of Azure networking components like Virtual Networks, Subnets, Network Security Groups, and VPNs. Assist in troubleshooting network connectivity issues.
• Implement security settings and policies in Azure, including monitoring and responding to basic security alerts. Collaborate with the security team to ensure cloud environments meet compliance standards.
• IAM configurations in Azure, including role-based access control (RBAC) and user management in Azure AD.
• Managing Azure subscriptions, monitoring cloud costs, and creating basic reports. Work with the team to implement cost-saving strategies and policies.
• Collaborate with the DevOps team in deploying applications on Azure and supporting basic Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) practices. Assist in automating recurring tasks to enhance efficiency.
• Implementing Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BCDR) plans. Support backup and restore activities as well as documentation for disaster recovery procedures.
• Knowledge of BCDR concepts and data backup principles.

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
· College degree in a technical field or equivalent industry-related experience.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Azure Fundamentals certification (or higher) is a plus.
· Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Bash) for automation tasks.
· Exposure to additional cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) is advantageous.
· Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
· Strong willingness to learn and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
