Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant –Delphi Development

Responsibilities

Proficient with Delphi 10.X development hands-on.

Experience with migrating Delphi applications from earlier versions to the latest versions.

Understanding of web APIs, web services, and DLLs.

Knowledge of database handling and integration within Delphi applications.

Strong grasp of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.

Design, create, and implement Delphi VCL systems based on the end user's requirements.

Fix any issues related to Delphi VCL and provide corrective measures.

Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and experience working in Agile environments.

Proven ability to work effectively in short sprint cycles, delivering high-quality results.

Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including managing project builds and deployments.

Capable of working independently on complex functionalities and providing technical support to the team.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required. Preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Preferred qualifications

Strong interpersonal, analytical thinking, presentation and communication skills essential

Ability to work in a distributed team environment
