Profile requirements:

Graduated in Computer Science/Mathematics/Statistics/ Engineering and related fields. Good communication skills. Based in São Paulo/SP. 

Mandatory technical skills / experience:

Strong knowledge of software development, software architecture and integration. Candidate should have experience with following topics: Oracle PL/SQL, utPLSQL, Core Java, JUnit and XML.   Software Design Principles and Java Design Patterns. Strong understanding of technology and coding.  Working experience in software design and solutioning. Experience in leading/grooming a team of 4-5 members. Ability to lead from the front and lead by example. Experience of working with customers (and customers’ customer).  Focus on continuous improvement.

Nice-to-have: 

Flexibility to work in different technology/country/culture. Working knowledge of Banking and Finance would be a plus.
