Key Responsibilities
Provide implementation services to new and existing customers Document and validate customer’s business requirements and map to NetSuite functionality Configure/customize the NetSuite application to meet customer’s business requirements Conduct personalization sessions (on-the-phone and in-person) and document with meeting minute summaries Attend internal project meetings and provide status on the progress of activities and deliverablesContribute to internal PS initiatives
Document solutions and contribute to the solutions repository Document Leading Practices and share with PS practice Participate in SME program in area(s) of interest and expertiseFocus on Continuing Education
Contribute to internal PS knowledge share; Review posted feedback on a continuous basis Participate in Continuing Education sessions Be fully versed on functionality released with each new product upgradeProblem-Solving

Mastery of Microsoft Office Products Experience with software in a SaaS environment including any experience with Accounting/ERP, CRM and Ecommerce Some consulting experience with QuickBooks, Great Plains, Microsoft Dynamics, Intacct, SalesForce.com, Upshot, ACT, Goldmine, MAS 90, Siebel, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, NetSuite Ability to effectively implement an ERP, SFA/CRM or Ecommerce Solution Understanding of common industry standard business practices, such as ERP, SFA/CRM, or Ecommerce Understanding of different industries and how NetSuite applies to the customer’s business practicesEducation
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting or Management Information SystemsProfessional Experience
5+ years’ experience in systems applications consulting, either internally via an IT/Service organization, or externally with a consulting firm or software provider Solid experience in Business Process Mapping and Change Management
