Key Skills/Qualifications:

Relevant experience with HRIS implementation consulting experience. Oracle HCM (Cloud) experience is a plus. Understanding of HR strategies, operations, policies and procedures by having experience as HCM (IT) consultant, project experience, HR specialist or being in an equivalent position Fluency in Dutch and / or French; proficiency in English Relevant Master’s or Bachelor’s degree. High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, commitment, self-belief, and achievement orientation. Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on growing business. Strong communication skills as well as a strong focus on customer success Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
