Job description

Infosys is seeking a Principal Consultant. This position will interface with key stakeholders and apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design; play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts; deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty. Required Qualifications:Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga, Ontario or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel.Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.Candidates authorized to work for any employer in Canada without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time.Preferred QualificationsExpertise in designing and implementing Cloud Services (IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS), including configuration and setting up organizational policies, Azure App Services, Log Analytics, Azure Automation, and Azure Data Factory.Proficiency in restricting access to Azure resources using policies and permission boundaries.Experience in building and deploying serverless architecture and automated solution templates using CloudFormation and ARM.Experience in Azure Networking Firewall, with hands-on experience in handling at least one firewall tool like Barracuda, Versa, or Palo Alto.Hands-on experience in configuring Application Gateways, Listeners, rules, SSL offloading, and Traffic Manager to optimize and manage network traffic for business applications.Create and managed Azure resources using Azure CLI and Azure PowerShellKnowledge in creating Change Requests (CR) and submitting tickets.Experience in Agile work environments and maintaining Azure DevOps (ADO) boards.Develop Continuous Integration / Continuous Development (CI/CD) plans and build workflows.Experience in troubleshooting distributed environments, including on-premises and Azure, as well as Barracuda virtual appliances.Awareness of DR and business continuity solutions.The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Extensive travel may be required as per client and project needs.

Estimated annual compensation range for the candidate based in the below location will be:
Ontario: $ 101500 to $ 134404
