To accelerate this transformation, we are looking for Project Managers to manage the delivery of Oracle Consulting’s Professional Services implementations of the Oracle Cloud Applications (SaaS).

HCM Consultant within Consulting: The HCM Consultant role is a challenging, exciting opportunity for you to manage full lifecycle Cloud Implementations while using Oracle’s True Cloud Methodology (TCM).  In this role, you will not only help to support presales activities but also oversee the overall solution design for the upcoming project delivery. You will manage multiple HCM cloud projects, be responsible for the successful delivery of those projects on time.
You will work with leaders in Oracle Consulting, Development and Support focused on Oracle’s Cloud products.

As a HCM Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for deliverables at every phase of the software implementation lifecycle such as:

1.    Involving in the HCM solution design, providing support presales activities.
2.    Preparing for, facilitating, and gaining agreement on global design 
3.    Documenting the client’s as-is process flows and communicating best practices for the to-be optimal state
4.    Adapting the solution for localizations or business processes specific to a client’s business unit or operating location 
5.    Documenting and gaining agreement on the client configuration
6.    Implementing and configuring HCM applications
7.    Developing a test strategy to validate the solution and confirming successful deployment
8.    Identifying risks or issues associated with assigned tasks; taking initiative to proactively alert project leadership of any risks or issues
