You will also be part of our national and global industrial hygiene team supporting our clients worldwide.As a Principal Consultant – Industrial Hygiene, you will:
Assist in the development and implementation of a strategic business/action planThrough business development, sales, and client relationships, expand the Southeast and national US client base across multiple industry sectorsIdentify and develop new opportunities, prepare effective technical proposals, and take an active leadership role in developing new business with new and existing clientsDevelop and expand client relationships that generate repeat business, including consulting and compliance servicesServe as a senior resource for occupational health, safety, and industrial hygiene program marketing, project implementation, and related activitiesAchieve client’s expectations for scope, budget, schedule, and qualityManage complex industrial hygiene programs, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.Mentor and manage a multidisciplinary team, fostering a learning environment that encourages knowledge sharing and professional growth.Support our regional and national clients. Estimated 30 to 50% travel.We’re Looking for Someone Who:
Has expertise in industrial hygiene and a solid background in OHS, with 15+ years of consulting experience and a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in science or an EHS-related field.Is a Certified Industrial Hygienist (required).Demonstrates strong business acumen, proficiency in project or client management, capable of nurturing long-term partnerships.Has at least five (5) years of successful business development and sales experience in a professional services environmentHas a proven track record in developing and implementing successful sales and market share growth strategiesDemonstrates the ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, and drive salesHas established relationships in the oil and gas, chemical, and/or manufacturing industry sectors (preferred)Open to travel (30-50%).Why BSI?

The salary for this position can range from $121,500 to $162,000 annually; actual compensation is based on various factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s competencies, level of experience, education, location, divisional budget, and internal peer compensation comparisons.
