Principal Consultant _ Presales Workday Solution Architect

Inviting applications for the role of  Principal Consultant _ Presales Workday Solution Architect

In this role you will partner with HR business team in configuring Workday per business requirements will configure and maintain Workday implementation, provide demos/ review with HR, test and deploy to production.  You will be involved in our Workday roadmap as we expand our global presence and provide a first-class employee experience. We are open to remote locations and prefer someone who can collaborating across multiple time zones with a focus on the Eastern Time Zone. 

Responsibilities

Engaging with potential clients to understand their business needs and challenges.

Demonstrating the features and capabilities of Workday's software solutions to potential clients.

Problem solving skills to address prospect concerns and requirements and craft creative solutions.

Value based selling (value led approach) in a Presales / Sales Consulting environment.

Collaborating with the sales team to develop and deliver tailored presentations and product demonstrations.

Providing technical guidance and answering questions from potential clients regarding Workday's software solutions.

Assisting in the preparation of proposals, statements of work, and other sales-related documents.

Conducting product evaluations and proof-of-concepts to showcase the value and effectiveness of Workday's software solutions.

Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively position Workday's solutions.

Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and partners.

Supporting the sales team in closing deals and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications/skills

Domain expertise and experience in Workday HCM and cross ERP functions.

Strong presentation skills -– including focused software demonstration techniques, sales messaging and storytelling.

Strong technical and industry knowledge to assist with solutioning and problem solving.

Collaborating with the sales team to develop and deliver tailored presentations and product demonstrations.

Strong technical and industry knowledge to assist with solutioning and problem solving.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Pre-sales / Consulting experience with Workday HCM enterprise business solutions.

Previous work experience which allowed you to demonstrate the skill of storytelling.

Strong presentation and communication skills with a solid business acumen
