Inviting applications for the role of Principal consultant -Technical knowledge of MuleSoft and functional knowledge of Pharmaceuticals)
Role:
· Should be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex integrations using the MuleSoft platform
· Should have strong technical skills in Mule ESB (Enterprise Service Bus), SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture), JSON (JavaScript Object Notation), XSD (XML Schema Definition), and XML (Extensible Markup Language)
· Hands-on experience in developing complex use cases with MuleSoft, promoting best practices, adhering to guardrails, and delivering APIs effectively.
· Expertise in pharmaceutical research and development (RD) processes.
· Understanding of Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDocP).
Responsibilities:
· Develop high-quality integration solutions using the MuleSoft platform. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and align them with technical requirements.
· Conduct unit testing of MuleSoft applications to ensure they meet quality standards
· Promote adherence to MuleSoft best practices and guardrails. Ensure compliance with API delivery models.
· Instruct, guide, Provide support and mentorship to junior team members
· Manage MuleSoft administration tasks including monitoring performance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring system reliability.
· Create comprehensive documentation for developed solutions. Maintain clear records of design decisions and implementation details.
· Report progress and challenges to senior leadership regularly
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications

· Strong proficiency in Mule ESB, SOA, JSON, XSD, XML
· Hands-on experience in designing and developing complex use cases using the MuleSoft platform
· Strong knowledge of web service standards including XML (Extensible Markup Language), SOAP (Simple Object Access Protocol), and REST (Representational State Transfer).
· Knowledge of API delivery models
· Experience with governance frameworks promoting best practices
· Preferably MuleSoft certified
· Good knowledge of MuleSoft administration and monitoring tools
· Strong written communication skills with a keen eye for detail
· Ability to quickly learn and understand complex subject matter
· Experience working with engineers to improve user experience
· Master's/bachelor's degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
· experience in MuleSoft Java, Middleware, Mule ESB
· Experience collaborating with SMEs to gather necessary information.
· Experience with Agile methodologies like Scrum/Lean/Kanban Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Preferred Qualifications:
· Master’s degree in life sciences or a related field
· Certification in MuleSoft
· Prior experience within the pharmaceutical industry
· Familiarity with regulatory requirements impacting pharmaceutical RD
