Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant- WORKDAY INTEGRATION REPORTING

In this role, you will be responsible for project management activities for a Workday HCM project which requires knowledge and understanding of the HCM modules. Moreover, awareness of the integrations and coordination with multiple teams is expected.

Responsibilities

Strong in Technical- Integrations (CCB, CCW, EIB ,Studio ,BIRT)Strong in Reports – Advanced,  Composite, MatrixExcellent communication skills both verbal and written Partner with our customers to understand strategies, challenges, and goalsExudes strong executive presence, demonstrates a polished demeanor and superior communication skills to effectively manage pre-sales, project execution in complex environment; uses excellent facilitation, negotiation, influencing, and consensus building skills to drive diverse teamsDemonstrates extensive knowledge and deep expertise in designing solution for an industry (Financial, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, Insurance. etc.)End to End management and co-ordination of the project and responsible for the successful completion of the project. Craft and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.Understanding of Workday integration execution/ launch parametersWorkday integrations development experienceProject management experience for ERP projects

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications/skills

BE/MBA/M.TechWorkday Payroll, Studio Integration, PICOF, PECI knowledge is mandatoryWorkday Advanced, Matrix, BIRT Reports

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Experience in handling PII/Comp/Confidential data.Knowledge of Security configuration in Workday.Experience in work on all project phases including fit/gap.Hands-on Integration experience in EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)Workday Web Services API, XML, XSLTCore Connectors – Worker and Payroll, PECI ConnectorCloud Connect for Worker, CCBCCTPP PICOF/PECICustom Reports Calculated FieldsLinux / Shell ScriptingFunctional knowledge across at least one Human Resources Module – including Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Absence Payroll.
