Intuit, the maker of TurboTax, QuickBooks, and Mailchimp, is seeking a Principal Content Strategist to join the TurboTax Communications team. In this role, you'll be responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive content strategy that drives audience engagement, search visibility, and business growth for the TurboTax Blog, reporting to the Director of Communications for TurboTax.
As the Principal Content Strategist, this person will be instrumental in helping the brand elevate and scale its content strategy through the development of audio, video, long-form content and calculators that rank across platforms. This includes creating scalable formats and series, identifying and actioning against trendjacking and SEO content opportunities. Working with internal and agency social, SEO and influencer teams, this person will develop an E2E content calendar across the comms team, reimagine the existing blog content strategy and, leading with AI, refine content creation processes.
This person will also be responsible for leading the product roadmap for the blog, ensuring we are delivering a seamless E2E customer experience, improving conversion experiences and delivering business goals. The right candidate will have strong Search Engine Optimization (SEO) expertise, proven experience using AI tools for content creation, a test and learn mindset and strong analytics skill. A strong candidate will also excel at communications, clearly articulating our strategies, goals and performance to business leaders.
