National Instruments is seeking one Principal Contracts Administrator to become members of the Pricing and Contracts (CaDD) team in support of the EMEA region and EMEA Contracts Manager team.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Review, structure and administrate contractual documents and communicate changes to Sales, Customers Ensures that pricing policy is met during the contract renewal, critical issue to Deal Desk Analyst and/or Legal to meet company compliance Provide recommendation on pricing to Sales and Customers Builds catalog files for customers with individual pricing and terms, update them on customer portals Take part in negotiations internally with Sales and Deal Desk Analyst, provide fundamental data to support contract renewals Do triage work, classify tasks and distribute them to the correct owner within the organization Primary contact for customer forms (Legal, Trade Compliance, Export, Shipping, Finance documents to fill out) Primary contact for all operational functions Collects signatures from POAs Administration on customer portals for Tenders and online questionnaires Tender support in various languages (German, Swedish, Czech, Italian, French, Spanish and English) Creates legal summaries to translate and liaise between Contracts Manager, Sales and Customers Contracts Performance Management analysisWho You Are: You readily action new challenges, without unnecessary planning. Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Business Administration A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Contracts Administration Experience supporting a sales organization, or Operations organization including the use of CRM tools and processes
