Principal Cost Controls Specialist

Job Overview:

The Principal Cost Controls Specialist interprets internal or external business issues and recommends best practices to cost and schedule. They will be tasked with solving complex cost management problems and will work independently with minimal guidance. The Principal Cost Controls Specialist should be able to guide junior personnel and manage a cost team. As such, they must have in-depth expertise in costing and broad knowledge of the costing discipline within the project control's function. The PPl Cost specialist is able to explain the cost report to project and company management, to Client and to any other stake holder in the project.

The PPL Cost Specialist has at least 15 year experience in complex EPC projects in Oil and Gas, Energy andor HVDC projects. Proven experience is leading cost teams and good communication skills
