Zelis
+ Experience – 5-8 years in a marketing analytics or data science role, with a focus on using data to drive marketing decisions. Proven experience with data analysis, statistical methods, and data visualization.
+ Technical Skills – Advanced SQL skills; proficiency with Python, R, or other programming languages for data analysis. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
+ CRM and Marketing Tools – Familiarity with Hubspot, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, along with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar data sources.
+ Analytical Mindset – Strong ability to gather, analyze, and interpret complex data to provide actionable insights. Keen attention to detail and a commitment to data quality.
+ Communication Skills – Ability to effectively communicate data findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Skilled in creating compelling data presentations and reports.
+ Self-Starter – Must be proactive and resourceful, with the ability to independently drive data projects and initiatives.
+ Education:
+ Master’s in an analytics oriented field (e.g., computer science, statistics, marketing analytics, business analytics).
