In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
• Develop proposals for customers, including descriptions of offerings and associated pricing.
• Partner with sales account managers to sell the value of our product and service offerings.
• Support in deal structuring, mentoring on pricing techniques, margin calculations, channel recommendations, and proposal crafting for complex services and pricing to achieve more profitable opportunities.
• Advise sales and operations teams on NI sales policy, business model, and channel strategy.
• Handle the process of approving quotes and addressing customer and partner concerns based on NI issues matrix and policies.
• Triage all incoming Deal Desk support requests for assessment, action, and issue as needed.
• Collaborate with the sales opportunity team, participating in opportunity reviews.
• Work closely with senior sales management to understand and implement business judgments to cultivate self-sufficiency in deal desk processing, including margin retention.
• Collaborate with NI Finance teams on revenue recognition, payment terms, and other risk mitigation measures.
• Partner with contracts manager(s) to provide insights on deals pending contract negotiation.
• Perform ongoing reporting functions to assess utilisation of services, volume, SLA, and overall business results, including margin control.

For This Role, You Will Need:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales or Pricing Operations.
• Experience supporting sales organizations, including proficiency with CRM tools and processes.
• Shown an experience drafting sales and services proposals for both commercial and public sector clients.
• Proficiency in Oracle and ERP systems, along with high competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, including advanced skills in analysis, costing, reporting, tables, and macros.
• Good English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
• Strong understanding of APAC B2B Deals, pricing models and sales processes.
• Advanced knowledge of margin calculations, complex pricing structures, and risk mitigation in large deals.
• Experience advising senior sales management on deal structuring and pricing strategies.
• Familiarity with channel recommendations and how they impact deal profitability.
