Principal Design Researcher with Program Management chops at Oracle Design Research
At Oracle, we’re redefining design across the company, creating a design-led culture that puts humans and their needs at the center of our product development process, transforming how our customers work globally. Towards that end, you’ll join a small but effective group of applied design researchers who bring scientific rigor to understanding customer behavior in our products. We are looking for a passionate researcher with strong program management skills to join this group and help build out a program where we have a thriving pipeline of customer end-users that we can talk to to help our organization understand how the work we are doing is helping and where we can do even better to help our users fall in love with our experiences.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve a dynamic mix and balance of activities. You'll focus on building strong relationships with stakeholders, both internally and externally, while contributing to a team managing our customer outreach program. You'll leverage your research skills to connect with customers, uncover meaningful insights, and craft compelling narratives about what you’ve learned. You will work with the team and your management to create a pathway to leverage these insights as a catalyst for driving impactful changes in our products. Additionally, you’ll play a key role in scaling our customer outreach program to address the vast and diverse landscape of enterprise products our customers rely on.
Our design researchers work closely with data scientists and qualitative researchers, offering a comprehensive perspective on customer behaviors. We’re starting a mini-revolution of being data- and customer-obsessed, and we’re looking for someone just as passionate to join us!
