Job DescriptionExtending our transformation and value creation (TVC) services across different sectors is a crucial part of our growth strategy, as we aim to provide clients with comprehensive access to our full range of expert capabilities. As a Principal (Director level), you will be instrumental in implementing this strategy, contributing to Analysys Mason’s global growth.
Under the guidance of our TVC Practice Lead, Oli Barnett, you will join a highly motivated leadership team responsible for the growth of the practice, driving business development activities, utilising your existing network and contacts and building new ones.
You will manage entire engagement lifecycles, from origination, business development, initial mobilisation, through to final implementation. Acting as a bridge between Analysys Mason and our clients, you will ensure that our value-led outcomes meet our clients’ high standards and expectations.
Our projects are diverse, and your focus could include value creation, operating model design, operational excellence, revenue growth, and cost and margin optimisation.
You will also play a significant role in the career development, coaching and mentoring of internal & client teams, as well as the line management of TVC team members.
