We are actively seeking a Principal Solution Architect, Integration. This is a remote position and can be based anywhere is the U.S. The role may require periodic travel as necessary across the world.

Position Summary 

As part of our Rimini Consult group, the Principal Solution Architect, Integration, will be responsible for designing and delivering customized solutions to meet the unique needs of our clients. You will work closely with clients, sales teams, and internal technical teams to understand client requirements, propose tailored solutions, and ensure successful implementation.

The role also encompasses providing thought leadership around functional strategy, including overseeing complex project implementations, Product Roadmap Analyses, reviewing and analyzing current system functionality, and have demonstrated a strong ability to analyze and provide guidance to support strategic objectives. He/she will demonstrate professional written and oral communication skills, deep analytical skills, deep functional expertise, solution orientation, strategic thinking, the ability to establish rapport at all levels within the organization, and the ability to drive consensus.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of complex integration solutions utilizing tools like Boomi, MuleSoft, SnapLogic, Workato, and Software AGCollaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to understand business requirements and architect optimal solutionsDrive adoption of integration best practices, patterns, and standards across projectsMentor and guide more junior members of the integration teamSupport sales cycles by developing POCs and providing technical expertise during presales activitiesMaintain expert-level knowledge on latest integration technologies, techniques, and trends

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree, preferably in Computer Sciences and/or Information Technology or related field (Master’s Degree preferred)

This is a remote position and can be based anywhere in the U.S.

Desired Experience

7+ years of hands-on experience architecting and delivering integration solutions on enterprise-scale projectsDeep expertise with leading integration platforms like MuleSoft, Boomi, SnapLogic, etc.Experience with APIs, ETL, and messaging techniques and technologiesExperience with hybrid integration architectures involving cloud and on-prem componentsStrong understanding of integration architecture patterns and best practicesExperience operating in a global professional services environmentSuccessful track record technically leading project teams and client engagements

The general salary range for this type of role is 142k - 177k depending on skills and experience.
