Introduction:
This position is responsible for managing the global sustainability metrics for GF, including managing the metrics platform, ensuring controls are in place for high data integrity, high quality reporting of the data for various needs, and working with teams globally to ensure data is reported in a timely manner.
Your Job:
+ Implementation and Management of the sustainability metrics collection platform, including on time collection and reporting.
+ Manage report creation for various internal and external needs including reporting to senior management, for sustainability reporting and other voluntary disclosures, and reporting to regulatory authorities as needed.
+ Work with internal Finance control and audit and external reporting functions to ensure appropriate documentation for completeness and accuracy as well as control of data integrity.
+ Work with environmental assurance auditors to demonstrate strong system controls and compliance.
+ Data mining from internal project lists to summarize and highlight sustainability improvement projects within GF globally, and follow-up with project leads to gather additional information as needed.
+ Assist other sustainability programs and activities with data as needed.
Other Responsibilities:
+ Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.
Required Qualifications :
+ B.S. – Environmental Science, EHS or related fields
+ 5+ years of directly applicable experience in a complex manufacturing environment or other directly related experience.
+ General knowledge and experience with broad EHS/Sustainability programs.
+ Software proficiency, proficient use of Microsoft Office suite.
+ Language Fluency: Proficient English (Written & Verbal)
+ Minimal Travel Required.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Environmental or Financial auditing experience.
+ Proficient use of MS Excel including Visual Basic.
+ Proficient skills in presentation creation.
+ Familiarity with greenhouse gas accounting standards (e.g. GHG Protocol, IPCC).
+ Familiarity with Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) controls.
+ Familiarity with SAP Sustainability Control Tower.
+ Semiconductor industry experience.
