This Principal Electrical Engineer position supports Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) B Department – Electromagnetic and Sensor Systems. Responsibilities V2X is hiring a Principal Electrical Engineer to support Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) with development of electromagnetic compatibility models using DevSecOps practices and a variety of Modeling and Simulation (M&S) techniques. Additional activities included supporting business development pursuits and mentorship of engineers. Qualifications Education / Certifications: BS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or other related STEM degree. Experience: 15+ years in the following: Modeling and Simulation (M&S) of Spectrum Dependent Systems Signal Processing Tool Development RF System Capabilities Analysis RF Testing (MIL-STD-461/464) Systems Integration Spectrum Policy Skills & Technology Used: EMI Testing ESC & SSRA Software tools, documentation, analysis and report development Modeling and Simulation software tools for Electromagnetic Compatibility RF Test Equipment: Spectrum Analyzer, Signal Generator, Network Analyzer, etc. Clearance Requirement: Candidates for this position must be U.S. Citizens and possess an active DoD SECRET level Security Clearance.
