Job Title: Electrical Design Engineer (Expert Level)

Position Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled Electrical Design Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in schematic capture, PCB layout, and embedded microcontroller applications to support our sustaining efforts. Your strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, circuit design, and proficiency in various development tools will be crucial in ensuring the success of our projects. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilize Altium Enterprise for schematic capture and PCB layout to support sustaining efforts.Apply proficiency in electrical design tools such as CAD software (e.g., Altium Enterprise) and simulation tools (e.g., SPICE).Implement embedded microcontroller applications with experience in MSP430, ARM7, and STM32 microcontrollers; familiarity with IAR and KEIL development environments is a plus.Design and develop circuits, ensuring strong understanding and application of electrical engineering principles.Program in C and assembly languages, demonstrating proficiency in using development tools and instruments such as oscilloscopes, meters, SPI bus analyzers, Pspice, packet sniffers, emulators, JTAG debugging interfaces, logic analyzers, function generators, etc.Adhere to industry standards and regulations related to wearable consumer electronics products.Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present technical information clearly and concisely.Experience with Arena PLM, Salesforce, or JD Edwards is a plus.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $140000.00 - $165000.00
