Job Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide comprehensive assessment of DOE evaluation results.Review DOE evaluations request in detail and ensure test data plan is aligned to objective of the evaluation.Qualify all new evaluation test data sets and verify data integrity prior to summary report publication.Provide actual, accurate conclusions of the evaluation.Ensure timely publication of evaluation 1st level reports adhered to the overall cycle time commit by program management (PM) team.Conduct experiments together with process/test/PM/design teams in case of any anomalies in the results.Validate and reconfirm the design improvements with proper controls, reload/retest plan to ensure the design Improvements are identified with high level of confidence.Responsible to document and communicate all the learnings related to the assigned evaluations and present & discuss in meetings.

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related fieldAt least 5+ years of experience in the HDD industry is preferred. Experience in Electronics or semiconductors will be considered.

PREFERRED:

Provide standard and advanced data analysis reports including performance, yield, and root cause analysis with the recommendation and next step.Strong experimental design knowledge and statistics are required.Knowledge in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel is needed. Familiarity with Analytics software with JMP and Power BI is a plus.

SKILLS:

Capable of fluent communication (spoken and written) in both English and Thai for effective communicationMaterials characterization experience: SEM, FIB, EDX, Auger, and TEM is a plusCoordination, Negotiation, Learning Skills and Action-mindset.
