Engineering Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute significantly to successful project results in technology, software, product, and/or solution development, as well as associated Intellectual Property (IP). Each day, you will act as the first point of contact in Research and Development for specific product-related issues and maintenance. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying, proposing, and implementing innovative solutions.The work model for the role is: Onsite/Hybrid. You will be mainly accountable for:•\tMaintaining recognized expertise in a specific area by integrating the latest developments in technologies, tools, and methodologies into your work.•\tBecome a technical and functional expert in the MES - Production planning System•\tFinding new ways of solving problems by following your ideas, creating hypotheses, and defining ways to validate them.•\tDocumenting work results (like findings, designs, or software), allowing others to maintain and improve them.•\tUnderstanding and initiating IP generation in your area of specialization and participating in the project IP strategy development.

Qualifications for the role

\tYou are immersed in Developing and maintaining the Windows C++ components & backend Services, \tAbility to demonstrate your experience in .NET application, interfacing windows client code for front end. You should have 8-10 years of software development experience in backend services for windows/linux.\tPossess an enhanced knowledge of NET Framework/.NET Core ,PL/SQL & Oracle DB .\tYou are passionate about Crystal Reports, Exposure to Web/ frond end development ,Windows Services, Azure DevOps &TFS.\tDegree in Bachelor of Engineering with 8 to 10 years of experience in software development in backend services for windows/linux.\tYou are at ease communicating in English (Both Written /Verbal)\tYou should hold Visa/work permit valid in India .
