Key Job Responsibilities:

Definition of software control processes for test stations in the SMT area. Follow all corporative procedures and company policies applicable to SMT testing process activities. Configure and Modify Test Sequence for any changes required in Test Eq. Responsible for generating software backup for the equipment. Statistics analysis (R&R, Cpk, etc.) as part of the validations. Analyse and document test coverage for the equipment in charge. Participate actively in program meetings. Accountable to meet program cycle time in all equipment in charge. Continues improvement process to be applied on testing equipment. Responsible for SMT Test Equipment Calibration. Responsible for Preventive and Predictive SMT Test Equipment and tools maintenance. Participate and coordinate special events when necessary: Support to NPI productions assemblies. Responsible for maintaining a healthy stock of spare parts for the needs of the teams. Attend the corresponding Quality, Customer and Corporate audits. Manage the activities and training of SMT test technicians.
