JD: Lead I – Software Engineering 

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology or related experience

·       Minimum of 7 years of experience in Power Platform development

·       Minimum of 5 years of experience specifically in PowerApps Canvas, Power Automate, Dataverse and SharePoint Online

·       Expert in enterprise enterprise-grade solution, including design patterns, development, configuration, deployment, testing, and security

·       Strong understanding of Power Platform Pipelines for CI/CD, ALM workflows , and agile development methodologies

·       Experience with security and access control models in both Power Platform and SharePoint

·       Proficient in solution packaging, managed environments, and Dataverse schema design

·       Familiarity with Power Platform administration, governance policies, and environment management

·       Strong experience in guiding developers with deliverables

·       Demonstrate broad knowledge in business concepts, processes, and functional IT strategy

·       Strong experience in developing core components such as exception/error management, and logging.

·       Demonstrated strong troubleshooting skills with experience in resolving critical and complex incidents

·       Ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization; strong customer focus, quality, and results orientation.

·       Ability to articulate complex ideas, comprehend written and verbal communications, and possess good presentation skills.

·       Professional certification in such as Microsoft’s PL-400 or PL-600

·       Highly motivated self-starter
