As Principal Engineer with focus on Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Marketing Cloud, you will be responsible for overseeing and driving the technical strategy and implementation of Salesforce solutions to support the service contact center, sales processes and marketing objectives of our organization. Your role will encompass Engineering, system integration/engineering/architecture and ensuring adherence to best practices from an Engg. and tech standpoint. You will play a vital role at Ford Credit NA space that will be central to Leading & continually improving and enhancing the Salesforce platform for our organization.  We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the Delivery, design, architecture, integration, and profiling of all Salesforce-based solutions for FCNA. The role will be responsible for leading and delivering technically as well grooming and developing a team of empowered salesforce engineers

 

You will perform all people management for outcomes design and architecture work in FCNA Salesforce platforms, collaborating also with FCNA teams in Salesforce development and Salesforce administration projects. Additionally, you will contribute on specifications based on stakeholder requirements, validate proposals received, and deliver IT solutions required in FCNA Salesforce platforms in coordination with FCNA Salesforce development teams. At the same time, your work will require extensive and cohesive integration with the rest of FCNA IT organization to ensure Salesforce platform strategy is aligned in all FCNA teams.
